Our Cashback model is a complex model based on progression and we believe that these FAQs will help you understand its value for your business much better eand easier.
Initially our system would start enrolling the existing customers after they understand & accept the terms & conditions. We would also do a bit of digital marketing and social media campaigning to build an initial transaction. Since our model is based on referrals and promises to save huge marketing spends, we would refrain from spending huge sums on doing active digital marketing or customer acquisition campaigns.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) will vary for each brand and will depend on the Average Merchandise Value (AMV). It can be as low as ₹100 and can be as high as ₹1000. In terms of percentage of AMV, it will vary between 1-10%.
Our system is a community model which means that it doesn’t just offer cashback from referrals, it also offers cashback from the community. E.g. If person A refers 2 people namely B & C, then both B & C form a community. Any cashback generated in this community through referrals of both B & C will be considered as community cashback and will be distributed amongst B & C. Since referrals of B & C may be different, the cashback calculation will not be possible on a per transaction basis. Of course, there will be certain conditions to this but prima facie, we have ensured
Our APIs are designed to handle and track every entry of data, validate it and then link with the referral data table. Our system will track whenever a referral joins the program and upon his purchase, gives cashback to the referrer when all other conditions are met.
For redemption of Cash, a user will be redirected to a dedicated Cash Redemption page where upon receipt of details like PAN & Adhar, and OTP validation, Cash will be processed in Users account or wallet. Cash will attract deduction of TDS as per government rules.
There is no cost of implementation. We only charge a percentage of sale for which invoices are raised weekly. Besides that, there is a Customer Acquisition Fee that we pass on to a consumer as reward points, which in turn are used on client’s own app or website.
Though SCCP is a robust loyalty program that comes at a fraction of a cost of all other loyalty programs yet there is a cost. And if it is feasible for a client to run both the loyalty and SCCP together, this can be done, although we recommend replacing existing loyalty program with SCCPL to harness the program’s full potential.
For Users & Customers
We promise cashback of almost unimaginable proportions because nowhere in the world does anything like this exist. And when something is as unique as our Community Cashback Program, you are bound to have questions.
Cashback comes in two forms, Reward Points that you can redeem on further purchases and Cash Points that you can transfer as cash in your bank account.
Every product carries some points that you get when you buy the product. You need to do the following two things be eligible for cashback:
- Buy products to accumulate minimum 1000 points.
- Refer minimum number of referrals from your friends, family, neighbours or colleagues
Once you complete the above, you will get 250 reward points.
When your referral makes a Minimum Value Purchase, you will get Cashback that will consist of equal number of Reward Points & Cash Points
Usually cashbacks are given on direct referrals, our unique model takes it much further and gives you cashback on every purchase made in your community. E.g. You and 4 others A, B, C & D were referred by Mr.X, then all 5 of you will be part of a community. You will get cashback not only on purchases of your referrals but also on all the purchases made by referrals of your community.
It is not just limited here. When any of your referrals make further referrals, you will still get the same amount of cashback and this goes on across levels of referrals made further down.
Our objective is to create a loyalty program for not just a person but for a community as a whole that can grow together.
All you need to do is make referrals and even if 1 of your referrals makes and MVP, you would be eligible for cashback. Since our cashback model gives you cashback not just on your referrals but on the referrals made by your community members too, it is nearly impossible to predict cashback per transactions. Though even with 1 active referral, you can receive Monthly cashback of 15000 points out of which 7500 will be Reward Points and 7500 will be Cash Points.
Once you make an MVP, you need to make a repeat purchase of 500 points within first six months and then every 3 months after that.
You would need to make repeat purchases in order to be eligible to receive cashback
You need to accept the terms and conditions of Community Cashback Program and you will be registered.
Your status becomes active as soon as one of your referrals make an MVP, then you would start receiving cashback. Cashback is calculated on all the purchases made by your referrals in a calendar month and on the last day of the month all your cashback points become active. These points can be redeemed after 5 days of becoming active.
Your MVP is valid for a year and the validity of program is for 18 months. But this can be renewed post expiry by making an MVP purchase again within the permissible period.
You can redeem your reward points from the app or website but for redemption of cash points you would need to provide you PAN & Aadhar post which you can receive the Cash in your account post deduction of TDS as per government rules.
On redemption of Reward Points there is no deduction but on redemption of Cash Points, TDS will be deducted as per government rules.
You can redeem Reward Points in multiple of 1 whereas to redeem Cash Points, you would need to have at least 100 points and can be redeemed in multiple of 100 points.
All points generated within a calendar month will be available for redemption after the 5th of following month. You can keep your points in your user dashboard for up to 18 months.
Minimum of 5 people need to be referred though to increase your chances of getting early cashback or higher cashback, you should refer more and more. Maximum number of referrals you can make at a time is 20.
